Healzy permanently removes your name, email address, date of birth, conversation history, health queries, uploaded documents, scans, prescriptions, voice recordings, account credentials, device information, usage logs, and AI-generated health summaries and insights.

Healzy collects your name, email address, date of birth, voice recordings of health questions, text messages, uploaded or scanned health documents, device and usage data, IP address, and precise GPS location while you actively use the app.

Healzy users who cannot access the app can email support@ntimes.ai with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and include the email address associated with the account.
